This offer applies to win single and multiple bets and the win part of each way bets. There is no restriction on staking and payouts are subject to our advertised payout limits. The exceptions where First Past the Post does not apply and bets are settled according to the official result are: a) A selection taking the wrong course b) A selection carrying the wrong weight or the jockey failing to weigh-in c) Any Ante Post bet d) A Forecast or Tricast bet e) A void race f) Any Tote/Pari-Mutuel bet g) A selection given as the winner in error by the judge h) A Tote bet i) A bet placed on the Favourite Points or Distance markets j) A bet placed on a two runner race or a special match bet k) A bet placed in a “without the favourite” market l) Any other special market Horse racing bets placed on non-UK/Irish meetings are settled on the official result declared by the racecourse judge and confirmed by the ‘Weighed-In’ announcement. If a winner is disqualified after the official result is announced, the disqualification will not affect the settlement of bets. In the case of Greyhound racing, bets are settled on the official result announced at the conclusion of the event. If a winner is disqualified after the official result is announced, the disqualification will not affect the settlement of bets. In the case of Football and other Sports, bets are settled on the official result published by the Press Association (PA), immediately after the match/event is finished. If the PA amends their decision after this period, all bets will stand on their original result. If the result is not immediately available from the PA, the result published by the official governing body immediately the match/event is finished will be used for settling purposes. Any subsequent corrections or amendments to this result will not apply for settlement purposes。

Acceptance and validation of bets For a bet to be valid a receipt number must be sent through to the customer after they have clicked on Place Bet to process the bet. This unique bet receipt number confirms that the bet has been accepted. Customers can check that their bet has been processed correctly by going to the My Account button at the top of the screen and entering the date the bet was placed. Details of all the bets processed on the account will appear on the screen. Only bets that appear on the Account History are valid transactions. It is the responsibility of the customer to check the Bet Slip carefully to ensure the information is correct before clicking on Place Bet. It is too late to cancel or amend the transaction once the receipt number has been sent through to confirm the bet has been accepted. Bets placed by credit, or debit card, do not become valid until Ladbrokes has received payment. If payment has not been received before the event commences, then that bet is automatically void. Ladbrokes reserves the right to accept or decline all, or part of any bet requested. Bets received by post, email or by any other form of data transmission are not accepted. Where we believe that price or pool manipulation, or match-rigging has taken place, either as a result of the size or volume of bets received, or from other evidence, or where the integrity of an individual event is called into question, we reserve the right to withhold payment and ultimately to declare bets on that event void. Ladbrokes reserves the right to close a customer's account without notice. Should this occur all outstanding bets will stand. If an event has not started, a customer can only change or cancel their bet with our permission. Bets cannot be changed or cancelled if a price has been taken on a selection, or if it is a multiple bet and one of the selections has already taken part in an event. Paying for Ante Post bets - Ante Post bets placed on a debit/credit card account are paid for at the time the bet is placed. For Credit account customers, payment for Ante Post bets is made at the time the bet is settled, subject to the agreed credit limit. Ante Post bets will appear on the account statement on the day the bets were placed. They will also appear on the account statement when the bets have been settled.
