All Financial Fixed Odds Bets entered into using the Ladbrokes.com service are with Cantor Odds and are subject to the general Ladbrokes.com terms and conditions that apply to your account.

All Financial Fixed Odds Bets entered into using the Ladbrokes.com service are with Cantor Odds and are subject to the general Ladbrokes.com terms and conditions that apply to your account and your fixed odds bets with Ladbrokes as supplemented and amended by these terms and conditions.

In order to place Financial Fixed Odds Bets using the Ladbrokes.com service you must accept and agree to these terms and conditions. In the event of any conflict between the general Ladbrokes.com terms and conditions and these terms and conditions in relation to a Financial Fixed Odds Bet, these terms and conditions shall prevail.

Acceptance and validation of bets - In order for a bet to be valid, you must receive a bet number confirming that your bet has been accepted. This will be via a confirmation message that will appear on your screen. Cantor Odds reserves the right to accept or decline all, or part of any bet requested. Bets cannot be accepted that are received by post, email or any other form of data transmission.

Where Cantor Odds believes that price rigging has taken place, either as a result of the size or volume of bets received, or from other evidence, or where the integrity of an individual market to which a Financial Fixed Odds Bet relates is called into question, Cantor Odds reserves the right to withhold payment and ultimately to declare bets in respect of that market void.

Any bet accepted, in error, or where betting has been suspended, will be void, win or lose. Every effort will be made to ensure that all information available on the Ladbrokes.com internet site is accurate. However, if an error is made in the prices or conditions published on-line, Ladbrokes.com and Cantor Odds reserve the right to correct any mistakes and Cantor Odds reserves the right to settle any bets already laid at the correct price. No closure by Ladbrokes.com of a customer's account, will affect any outstanding Financial Fixed Odds Bets.

Once accepted by Cantor Odds, Financial Fixed Odds Bets cannot be cancelled or amended in any way by the customer. Maximum Payout - The maximum payout to any one customer on any one day, including Ante-Post, is £250,000 unless otherwise stated on Ladbrokes.com. Please bear maximum payout amounts in mind when you place your bet. Even if by taking prices these limits are exceeded, the maximum payout will still apply.

The amounts stated refer to the total returns on your bet including original stake. All maximums stated within these rules apply to any one customer, or group of customers acting together, backing the same combination of selections even if it is done in a series of bets, at a range of prices, over a number of days via any Ladbrokes.com internet betting accounts. Should Cantor Odds or Ladbrokes.com have reason to believe that a number of bets have been placed in this way, the total payment of all those bets combined will be limited to one single maximum payout.

Opening and maintaining your account – To place Financial Fixed Odds Bets you must have an account with Ladbrokes.com. Ladbrokes.com terms and conditions shall apply to your Financial Fixed Odds Bets in addition to these terms and conditions. In the event of any conflict between these terms and conditions and Ladbrokes.com general terms and conditions in relation to a Financial Fixed Odds Bets, these terms and conditions shall prevail.

Payment of Winnings - Returns due on Financial Fixed Odds Bets placed online will be added to your current deposit balance on your account with Ladbrokes.com once the Financial Fixed Odds Bets has been settled. This balance will remain in your Internet account unless you submit a request for part or all of the outstanding balance to be returned to you.

The prices displayed on UK 100 and US 30 fixed odds financial betting products are updated in real time and are derived from the nearest quarterly futures price for the relevant index.
