How do I know if my bet is on?
You will know that your bet has been processed when after clicking on OK to process your bet, your betting slip will reappear with confirmation that your bet has been placed. Your betting slip will also have a Receipt number individual to that slip. Should you have any concerns that your bet has not been processed correctly go to the Your Account button at the top of the screen and enter the date when you placed your bet. Details of all bets processed will appear on your screen. Only bets that appear on your Account History screen are valid transactions. |
